today i didn't eat right and barely exercised. But i did eat better than I have been. So tomorrow better food. I did walk to the store to get some stuff for dinner (about two blocks) so it's a start now a few thousand blocks to go.
There seems to be some confusion in Facebook world about our goals. We just want to complete the marathon. We are thinking between a 15 minute and 12 minute mile pace. I'll keep people up to date on that. We aren't looking to be competative just complete it.
After my exams this week I will put up starting stats (height weight measurements) and pictures (promise not to show skin).
